CHST Reese-Jones Center for Foster Excellence
In December 2016, the Rees-Jones Center for Foster Care Excellence opened its doors at Children’s Health in Dallas. Designed to provide abused and neglected children with continuous care in one location, the center offers a comprehensive range of services. Located across Children’s Health campuses in both Dallas and Plano, it brings together examination and therapy rooms, CPS representatives, and medical and behavioral health providers.
Skyline Art Services led the design of the entire space, and I focused on creating custom graphics. Our goal was to create a safe and supportive environment for the children, adhering to evidence-based design principles while still keeping the illustrations playful and timeless for everyone of all ages to enjoy.
Materials: Printed wall protection panels (Acrovyn by Design by Construction Specialties).
